We offer to our clients a professional and efficient cleaning service to ensure your vacation rental is always in top condition. Our cleaning service is available for a minimum of three hours at a rate of 20 euros per hour. Our experienced and reliable team of cleaners will arrive at your vacation rental on time and fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies to get the job done.

How far in advance should I request services?
It is recommended to make your request as early as possible. As a general guideline, we suggest guests to request and confirm additional services at least 3 to 6 months before their arrival. This allows us to secure availability with our service providers and ensure your request can be accommodated.
Can I expect a welcoming presence at the property? Is there a local contact available to help me with any concerns that may arise during my stay?
Each of our guests will receive a personalized welcome upon arrival.
Depending on your chosen accommodation, your on-site contact will be a representative from Comporta Vacation Homes. They will be readily available to address any concerns, inquiries, or emergencies that may arise during your stay.
What steps do I need to take to secure my reservation? Are there any specific payment requirements, and will a refundable deposit for potential damages be necessary?
To finalize your reservation, you must complete the booking contract and settle the payment through bank transfer.
A deposit of 50% is mandatory and the remaining rental fee must be paid 45 days prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit is required for all our properties and must be paid along with the balance of rental.
